Welcome to The Palomar

The Palomar is a Soho restaurant in the heart of Theatreland. Our menu is influenced by the rich cultures of Southern Spain, North Africa and the Levant.

Our drinks offering marries the cuisine and ambience of the restaurant with a considered wine list of current and future icons alongside a list of cocktails, beers and spirits, and a lovingly curated selection of no and low-alcohol alternatives.

The space has been designed around an open kitchen bar that runs through the restaurant, merging indoor and outdoor spaces creating a vibrant, energetic experience, where warm hospitality and guest experience are paramount.

The Palomar has held a Michelin Bib Gourmand since 2014.

Menus

We are committed to making environmentally and socially responsible decisions when it comes to our menu. We continually strive to use locally sourced ingredients that have been raised, grown, harvested, and produced sustainably wherever possible. Our dishes are prepared in ways that respect and maintain quality, freshness, and purity.

Our meat is organic, free range and sourced within the UK. Our seafood is delivered fresh from Cornish day boats daily. Bread and bakery items are baked in our kitchen daily and our cheese, dairy and eggs are all free range and sourced from artisanal suppliers. Our wines come from small-scale, artisanal producers, most of whom apply organic practices to their craft. Meanwhile, house spirits come bagged instead of bottled, to reduce their carbon footprint.

Large Parties

The Palomar has always been known for its party vibe and for parties of 7 or more, a generous set menu can be enjoyed within the glamour of The Palomar dining room.

The Palomar's unique mixed-heritage flavours really do make for a unique experience for any event. Dine with us for lunch or dinner and dine from our £60 Feasting Menu (7:00pm onwards) where you can feast on all the seasonally inspired Palomar hits and classics.
